Ncell in Nepal launches an all-female customer center in Kathmandu

Ncell Axiata has commissioned a fully female-run Ncell center in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, providing all customer support services from a single point of contact.

The Ncell center, run entirely by women, will help level the playing field and strengthen an important role in the community. This concept demonstrates Ncell’s support for women’s empowerment, gender parity and vibrant communities. Additionally, it is aligned with the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) mission which strongly promotes, advocates and encourages DEI in the workplace.

The entirely female-run center provides all customer services, ranging from general inquiries about products and services, SIM subscriptions and internet settings to various business services. Customers visiting the Center can upgrade their SIM cards to 4G, change SIM number and mobile, change CUG numbers, business plans, international roaming, make bill payments, top up balance and transfer, among many other services.

The fully female-run Ncell center offers customer service from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Ncell operates 31 Ncell centers across the country as part of the company’s efforts to reach customers and better respond to customer needs locally to improve customer experiencethis
